Live yoghurt, & Milk Thistle can ease the assault on the system.
I have eaten food prepared by others whose hygiene standards I know & trust - my friend with the cafe, for instance, & my fish is always cooked to order at the chip shop.
Several of the pubs are doing god food on a click & collect/delivery basis, even if not every day, so they are trying to hang on to their loyal customers. One pub, in the village where we used to go for Choir Practice is doing a roaring trade making fresh bread every morning. People either order what they want, & pay online, or take pot luck & use the honesty box. Everyone is trying to work out how Social Distancing may be best managed, when the rules are relaxed, but I’m sure that a lot won’t survive.
So pleased that you were able to chat with a Fish Wife.

If you will wear a heavy duty duvet’s contents year round then you are bound to feel any degree or two of warmth wee birdie
You won’t want a bacon butty then I take it?
All the more for the pore starved wee birdies working their fevvers to the bone feeding their babies
Cooler here too, & very breezy.
Window open all night at Carinthia Towers.

Fish, boardgame collection, and beer/gin/vodka habit to support…

Mornings, Cellarites.
Apologies for dropping unexpected anti-bees into my witterings - no reason you’d know why. Anyhoo, I am feeling better, this morning, just norshus.

The window was open all night here which made for an interesting awakening with 35mph winds.
In other news, there is a dead crow in the garden. Should I be concerned in case it was Corvid-19?
35mph breeze?
We are having a bracing storumm force 10 here
And my poor trees just into full leaf too
We are orf to get my head drilled in an hour or so…
I thought that you were having Botox today, Twellsy?
Do they use a drill for that in Ireland?
Nothing would surprise me… ![]()

I have my fingers crossed; nobody needs a constant headache. Go wellie, Twellies.
The actual world’s smallest violin:
It its today I get my botox
I call most things involving needles drilling
Especially when it feels like the neurologist is injecting through the skull rather than just the noives along the skull
50 years ago, there used to be an 'Normous & shambolic looking Consultant in our A&E department at the Orsepiddle. He had hands like shovels, but was the only person one would want if trepanning was required.
