Have been grating cheese this evening. The Cheese Factor sells the odd - shaped ends as cooking cheese, so a good mix makes for a fabulous cheese sauce, or topping.

Ah, ours doesn’t go until tomorrow because of the bank holiday.

I’ve had - and made - tomato/vodka sauces for pasta, but never with cheese as an integral part of the dish.

I was holding an oven tray and my finger was in contact with said tin for too long
Ice and water were applied wee bee and the blister left alone but it bursted and so I put a blister plaster on and have taped it in situ and covered that with the netty stuff and taped that where it is meant yto stay
I understand the blister plasters came from research into burns treatmeant so I recockon the right protocols were obeyed
