I did a little shopping as I was out, & picked up a few odds & sods.
Looked at FarmFoods, but the car park serving the small shopping centre was heaving, so I didn’t bother.
Am constructing Martyr Sauce, from Bargain Martyrs (!) Will Decline on me Chaise whilst it reduces…

I have researched Miyuki 8/0 Chartreuse beady things - they are very beautiful. Sorry for the knitting irritations, Gus. Were I to take up such a skill, I suspect that every day would be fraught and irritating.

Love the red kites. None in these parts but I’ve always loved seeing them as I drive down the M40.
They are a-plenty at the Oxford Services too. Which is a, slightly, less dangerous spot to observe from.
