I have been playing with some new (extremely) heavy-duty planet-saving food storage bags, portioning bacon lardons to lurk in the freezer. It’s a quiet and retired life I lead, you understand… ;- )
Made an Amatriciana sauce last night which turned out surprisingly well, despite being inauthentic. I still have half of it sitting in the fridge but don’t fancy pasta again tonight. Hmmm

Well, I have my (not re-cycled) bamboo bogrolls and can confirm that they are adequate to the task. Two friends have taken10 rolls each and will report back in time. DD was a bit sniffy about the notion, but has now requested a trial freebie when we visit in February.
