I have an extra boule for a chatelaine
Nice toasted rolled malt grains through the flour
A friend who tried my bread a couple of weeks ago texted the Bull when she tasted it asking if she could purchase bread on a regular basis
I refuse to take money from an OAP so I just throw a couple of handfuls of flour in the bowl when bread making so I can supply her with bread
It is a simple way of showing her that she matters
So be ready for bread every day or two dear chatelaine

Bread is a problem for me, as I only really like good fresh bread , & I have yet to find the optimum method of keeping it so

Meanwhile, being finally pill-free, I risked a short drive this afternoon. No problem at all, so I am no longer dependent on lifts. This is good for my sanity. And beer supply.
