So, who wants to help ... to rattle on in the cellar?

That’s so sweet, Gus! Ever hopeful…
Think you’re right about the dressing - ta.

If you aren’t up fer Massive Attack potato salad, then half yoghurt/half mayo with curry (powder or paste).

As Gus says, I think that dressing ‘takes’ better when the potatoes are still warm

I am limited as to the choice of dressing because of the urge to use up two large tomatoes and a small ball of mozzarella, Carinthia. Thank-you, though. I am sorry for your orfness.

Oh Yes Please , Soo

It has thundered outside, & so has my head

The tomato & Mozzarella would be dressed with Kernoel here, & a smidge of the old Balsamico

This is what we had and it was good enough:

The ‘angle’ makes the flan look more wee than it was. Anyhoo, we are fed.

I don’t know what kernoel is, Carinthia. Basil was fine (and available) and we sprayed the tomato salad with Balsamico (sea salt on tomatoes).

Of course if you want something really scary at a Tube station, you have to go back a few more years:

In culinary terms, I still don’t, Dear Carinthia. The others are trying to help (clearly) but I remain a-buzzin’ in the dark. Some of it has been quite funny/scary. I hope that the thundering has ceased.

It’s Pumpkin Seed Oil, Soo, & an Austrian , specifically Styrian Speciality. They do make it in Carinthia, but it isn’t as good
