Not really. There’s a fair chance that the result is like stopping a course of antibiotics early: you get infected, select for the vaccine-resistant strains, and pass them on.

The trouble is, as That Bird said, that the second dose may be less effective as a result of being too damn’ late to do what it is meant to, while the virus, if I do get it with one dose on board, may then be more able to mutate and harm other people.
