That effect is coincidental . Please note the lovely PIPS!

Particularly for TFM, here’s the pattern
Very straightforward and versatile.
Thank you, downloaded. 4 ply on 6mm needles seems surprising, to me, it must grow nice & quickly though. I’m wondering what size needles one might use for DK, since I have some I could use up, don’t suppose it matters all that much though.
Oh, I’m so pleased you’re using it! Hurrah!
I’ve neglected the knitting lately, what with all the AB hassle and everything. This is just what I need to get me going again, a simple pattern and no need to buy yarn. Perfect.
Looking lovely, Dahlink.

I am so impressed by the hosiery being produced
It’s the same yarn and the same gauge needles, and I was slightly surprised how well the remains of a previous pair of socks suited the new colour.
That looks wonderful
I am going to be pestering for patterns and suchlike come the summer
If I get my cardi and jumper ever finished that is…
They look lovely, Fishy.
Using up leftover yarn is lovely too.

Hey, it’s only one of it so far and its thumb and over-mitt aren’t yet done; I was just so impressed by the colours that I wanted to show them off! The main colour is a new ball, but the darker purple edge is left over.
Still very smart.

Some glorious yarns, despite the rather try-hard name
