Thank you, downloaded. 4 ply on 6mm needles seems surprising, to me, it must grow nice & quickly though. I’m wondering what size needles one might use for DK, since I have some I could use up, don’t suppose it matters all that much though.

It’s the same yarn and the same gauge needles, and I was slightly surprised how well the remains of a previous pair of socks suited the new colour.

Hey, it’s only one of it so far and its thumb and over-mitt aren’t yet done; I was just so impressed by the colours that I wanted to show them off! The main colour is a new ball, but the darker purple edge is left over.
