So, who wants to help ... to cower in the cellar?

Tastes good, too.

I absolutely LOVED school.

I redefined “didn’t really work hard” in the first 5 years & spent vastly more energy finding ways around rules than if I’d actually knuckled down.

Then dropped all those subjects I never wanted to be taking (which is why is disagree with the Baccalaureate), got down to a bit of work & sailed through the A Levels.

It was fun … & funny. A great social club. Oh … & football. Lots & lots of football. Then some more.

I am arrived and it was a good idea to have come. All a bit worrying. But antibios had been supplied and fingers crossed they kick in properly over night.
Think we have insufficient gin and should start stocklaking it.

I am just advising the cellar that the gin lake is available to all cellerati

The diligent Dunnock ensures that it never evaporates below a level that even the thirstiest cellerati could drain in a sitting

I monitor levels by swimming in the lake

You need something BIG, that can transport the Product direct to you (or, better, that you can simply migrate to):

But… you look at that picture and think “man, that just ain’t airworthy”. And you’re right.

Fingers crossed for you both here too.

I look at it and think “man, that’s just terrifying”. Whatever possessed them to think that would work? My nephew is a helicopter pilot, I must remember to show him that next time I see him, his reaction could be interesting.

Actually it was fine as long as it didn’t get near the ground when there was even a little bit of wind. But once one of the rotors got into ground resonance, its seconds were numbered.

And if you think that’s bad, try the CycloCrane:

I don’t get candles

The chatelaine has a perpetual flame for me!

It saves her the bother of lighting a fresh candle for me with monotonous frequency
