So, who wants to help ... to frivol in the cellar? (Part 1)

Today we drove along a road which had signs warning of adverse camber. One on each side of the road. One facing each way. It was a (very) single track road. No significant bends in sight.

Them’s the Buggas which fall away at either side, TFM… Nottan comfortable journey.

The cake izzan Bluddy delight, because I can smell & taste the coffee. Most recipes seem to lose the coffee flavour.

There are Parmesan biscuits too.

We drove here using national roads with rather severe bends with the Donegal speciality of negative camber tracks posing as real roads

Twas an interesting journey

DL plates on a car are generally taken as a warning. Every driver from there seems to think they’re perpetually rallying…

PS - apologies for being rather neglectful of the Cellar of late. Deadline City! All being well, things should settle down in the next few days (until the next panic).

Waves to Joe.

Most of my memories of driving or being driven in Ireland come from the time of the driving licence amnesty, so are interesting , to say the least…:joy:

Reminiscing here, on the last birthday Lou ever had, she was staying in a hotel in Lisbon. they’d spotted her birth date on her passport and when she returned that evening she found this waiting for her…

Wasn’t that lovely?
