home-pickled vinegar garlic (by the quarter-pig)
home-pickled salt garlic (by the quarter-pig)
commercially-pickled vinegar garlic (by the quarter-pig)
fresh garlic (by the quarter-pig)
smoked garlic (by the quarter-pig)
garlic sausage (sliced)
If youâre me, also slices of black pud, and top with ground stilton.

I was given some blue cheese yesterday
Italian it was and it was swimming in beer while it grew its blueness
It was gorgeous with an aftertaste that lasted for a good hour
I had already bought a cheddar wrapped in sycamore leaves and it is gorgeous bit a bit pricey
It will be part of the pizza tonight

Itizz an fiddly job cos there isnât much room fer me fingers.

Canât do the kettle today. My fingers have had enuff.
My next project was an 3 - tier cake stand, which I have in the kitchen.
No cake onnit, of course, but I use it for fragile things like eggs & Martyrs, which I donât want to keep in the 'fridge.
Anyhoo
My eagle-eyed gaze told me that itizz on the wonk.
My Teeny Tiny spirit level tells me that itizz on the wonk.
I dismantled it this afternoon to check it & discovered that the middle & top plates have not been drilled exactly in the centre.

It wasnât expensive, from an Dunelm sale years ago. It has Poppies onnit, which is why I love it.

I can hardly wait! Weâll stop at Cornhill Village Shop, on our way, to buy pasties and other sustaining stuff. We must, however, Dog-nap her promptly, as she must be starved to avoid car-sickness. She jumps into the car with alacrity - even though she knows it can make her feel ill. No complaints, ever. Off to bed. Best nights, Cellarites,
