Crossthreading out of the spoiler area, why is so much pulled pork utterly rubbish? Even at food trucks which generally manage not to be bland, it often tastes of nothing at all.
I think that a lot of it is cooked too quickly & then shredded into cheap&sticky BBQ sauce, Dunnock.
I made it for the Junior Darlings & it was delicious, but took severial hours.
