Round here that’s more how long you get before the thing you dropped gets Sparrered.
Suddenly a bit that way here too.
Anti-Monday Medicinals forra Chatelaine anna Sparrer and anyone else who feels it might be prudent.
Not familiar with the mustardy dressing, care to elaborate? So far I’ve just put the onions (sweet), chives (because I have them in the garden) tender French beans and a bit of olive oil in a bowl and there it stays. I can incorporate a mustardy dressing if you let me know the details.
Good point about the vacuuming.
Just a (white wine vinegar) vinaigrette with wholegrain mustard whisked in. A sweetish mustard for choice.
That salad used to be a huge favourite; can’t think why I haven’t made it for so long.
Oh, ta, I can do that!
That sounds lovely
I am making myself summat hot to eat, as I realise that I have only had cold food today

Good, make yourself something nice, Carinthia.
Mr Janie has requested gravy. I said we’re having roast chicken with baked potatoes and the salad I mentioned. I didn’t think gravy would go with it, but he says gravy goes with everything. As this is the land of poutine, I can’t really argue with that.
If he puts it on the salad, clonk him with the ladle.
Of course if I warn him, he’ll just skip the salad altogether. A surprise attack would indeed be better, wouldn’t it?
Coat, possibly blanket, & deffo umbrella would be needed here, today, TFM
Sunny here all day until we decided to go for a walk and a dose of vitamin sea at 5pm, then it clouded over. Bleedin’ typical.
clonk him with the ladle.
Were it not for the fact that it is wide open to bein’ misconstrued, I would now be warblin’ ‘She laid him on the table, the table, the table…’
Add an “out” and it’s fine: “And she laid him out on the table, the table, the table…” Scans ok if you work at it.
Add an “out” and it’s fine
[ Loud and not wholly respectful snortity] One has to ‘work at it’ pretty hard.
Just translate it into Bird, it’s dead easy then.
(whistle) (trill) (hollow thud) (trill)
Gravy is made. Mr Janie is still conscious. Guests due in an hour or so. Probably or so.
My kind of memorial, that [grinnity]
Well I didn’t like to say that I saw it and thought of you but…
Gravy is made. Mr Janie is still conscious
Then he should perhaps count himself lucky you are not making coq au vin…
