So, who wants to help ... to instaurate the cellar?

That’s what the rockets are for, honest.

Is it beer o’clock yet?

I have been to crafty group and am cross eyed with making skirt frills

Here’s to beer o’clock.

+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+
Row 14 and all even rows are: K to last 2 stitches K2TOG
Row 15 and all subsequent odd rows: YO, K1, YO, K2, YO, K to last 2 stitches, K2TOG
Continue alternating pattern row (Row 15) and knit row (Row 14) until poncho reaches desired size or you will run out of yarn you need to cast off.
+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+
I am on Row 58.

I started on 13th September.

It is now 6 inches long; and it increases 16 stitches on every row, in its circle.

Beer!

Fishy, that is/will be absolutely stunning.

Twellsy, I told you the easiest way of doing frills last week

Patience & Pinning
You do not want to spoil expensive fabric just to say that you finished quickly.

Cold & very blustery here

Not according to the pattern, no: definitely butterflies. Sorry, Blodeuwedd.

I am doing it as a poncho rather than a shawl, on the twofold grounds that the yarn is a stone bitch to knit and the centre was impossible, and that a poncho can be folded in half and used as a shawl anyway.

The yarn was very, very cheap (reduced from £15.49 ton £4.82 per 200g), or I would not have thought of this mad scheme.

A poncho is much more practical, Fishy, as it stays in place.

A lot of shawls are fine, if you stand, or sit still

All the time…
